Bob Hahn is a visionary in the field of land use and urban planning and sustainable community development. As a founding principal of Hahn & Hahn Team, Inc., Mr. Hahn has over 35 years of experience in master planning, workforce-affordable-mixed-income housing, market-economic research, comprehensive land use-transportation development programs, environmental design security, “highest and best” sustainable land uses, and transforming urban redevelopment areas into sustainable communities and neighborhoods. The son of an Army Colonel, Bob, was born in Washington DC, and spent much of his childhood moving around Europe, Japan, and a number of states in the U.S., finally settling in the Presidio of San Francisco which unleashed his passion for urban planning. Today, the Presidio is part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area housing organizations dedicated to global community sustainability, which became the founding mission of his company. Bob graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a Master of City Planning from The Ohio State University. He takes a “holistic” approach in every project he undertakes integrating his analytical urban planning skills with his intuitive “human-centered” thinking. He delivers for his clients the highest level of professional services. Mr. Hahn serves as an expert witness and through his writings and lectures advocates internationally for sustainable community development.

Inevett Perez-Hahn is a visionary in the field of urban design and sustainable community development. As a founding principal of Hahn & Hahn Team, Inc. Ms. Perez-Hahn has over 30 years of experience in urban design, specializing in community designs that are recognized for their long-term sustainable quality. Born in Caracas, Venezuela and educated in Florence, Italy she moved to Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida. Furthering her education in urban design, she attended the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. Drawing upon her expert urban design knowledge and international professional design training, Inevett unlocks for her clients the enormous potential sustainable and transformative value of their urban development projects. She uses the latest technology in environmental design security (CPTED) in her designs. Ms. Perez-Hahn has the innate ability to carefully orchestrate and bring to the surface the key design elements that constitute a vibrant and sustainable community. She creates master urban design plans for urban redevelopment areas, affordable, mixed income and mixed-use developments that are professionally recognized for their seamless integration within the overall community. Ms. Perez-Hahn is fluent in Spanish and Italian and displays a natural ease in public speaking and connects well with audiences that are culturally and ethnically diverse. She is respected and professionally recognized for her unique background and her experience in sustainable urban design.

Tessa Hahn is a leader in the land use and development industry. As Principal with Hahn and Hahn Team, Inc. she is responsible for directing the firm’s strategic planning, branding, marketing and public relations. Ms. Hahn serves as a Consultant to the Ustler Group of Companies collaborating in the development of the Creative Village (Orlando, Florida), one of the largest and significant mixed-use, mixed-income, transit oriented, and educationally anchored redevelopment opportunities currently being undertaken in the Southeastern United States. Tessa graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Business. Ms. Hahn holds a Florida Real Estate License and earned an Australian Studies minor from the University of Sydney specializing in economics, politics, public relations and sustainable business development. She has traveled throughout the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the Fiji islands. She associates with the Economic Development Commission (EDC) focusing on international and national companies seeking to relocate to Central Florida. Tessa believes in giving back to her community. Presently, she serves as a board member and volunteer in several Central Florida organizations.
